30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on standard products.
To start a return, email us at hello@weareorbe.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note:
- The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
- It can be used once per product and once per order.
- This guarantee applies only to orders from weareorbe.com. It does not cover retail partner or wholesale purchases.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are not eligible for refunds. To stop future deliveries, log into your account and cancel before the next billing date. Refunds cannot be issued for orders that have already shipped.
Manage or cancel your subscription through your customer portal using the link in your original confirmation email or by logging into your account.
Faulty, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
We take care with every order, but if you receive an item that is:
- Defective
- Incomplete
- Incorrect
Email us at hello@weareorbe.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item(s)
We’ll review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
After your return is approved, we’ll notify you once it’s received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 20 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If 25 business days pass and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@weareorbe.com.

While we review every return individually, we reserve the right to deny free returns for orders placed in error.
